Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from /account. We pro-rate your invoice on tier change. Multi-year commitments are locked for the term but you can upgrade within them at no penalty.
Is there a trial?
Yes. We offer a 90-day Institutional proof-of-concept window so you can validate against your own use cases. Verified academic institutions get a 30-day full Institutional POC at no cost. Email us to set one up.

Where does my data live?
All compute and storage runs on Hetzner DE (EU residency). GDPR DPA available — template at Pro tier, bespoke at Institutional. ISO 27001 attestation is on the Q4 2026 roadmap.
Can I self-host?
Yes — self-hosted bundle available on the Institutional tier. Quarterly-released container bundle for on-premise deployment. Includes upgrade support hours. EULA covers internal use only. Contact us for terms.
How are AI products priced beyond the included quotas?
Institutional includes 100 hazard & exposure assessments/day. Beyond that, we meter at marginal token cost + margin (custom-quota add-on). All AI usage is tracked per-purpose in your /account/usage dashboard.
